The bathroom was old, and dirty. The bed is a kingsize and very comfortable, nice staff.

The lady on recepetion was very polite and helpful. The room was large and clean with a big, comfortable bed. The ensuite was clean and spacious. It was close to a few places to eat and easy to find off of the motorway. The breakfast was simple but good.

The setting was unbeatable, very close to chips restaurant that serves beer, and an amazing Fish & Chip store and a short drive to Waterfront Restaurant. Had extremely spacious and fairly quiet room in good condition and wake-up service was available in it.
Nothing that i didn't like!

The location and price suited us perfectly. The room had obviously been completely renovated, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and up to date, and the fridge was a welcome feature. The continental breakfast was basic but adequate: cereal, muffins, toast, juice, tea and coffee, all nicely presented. On balance, we thought it was excellent value for money and would stay there again if needed.
There was nothing we didn't like. There was no hair-dryer in the bathroom but it might have been available, on request (my wife had her own so it wasn't a problem.)

The incredibly complicated TV. Even after the staff demonstrated how to use it, we still couldn't get it to do something as simple as change channels.

The price was unbeatable, the staff was friendly, efficient and helpful and the breakfast was an added bonus. 200+ tv channels, free wi-fi and parking. I highly recommend this hotel for the budget conscious. It's no 5-star but one would pay $80-$125 for the same room in many other markets.
Sadly, it's in the town of Napanee, known for it's money grabbing law- enforcement practices.
